Ms. Ebert earned her B.A. from California State University, Fresno in 2006 and her J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2011. During law school, she made the Dean’s List, graduated with distinction and was the American Bar Association Representative for McGeorge. She also interned for the Institute for Administrative Justice (IAJ) where she represented parolees through Revocation Hearings as part of the California Parole Advocacy Program (CalPAP).
After passing the bar, Ms. Ebert worked as a Staff Attorney managing the second largest office in Chino, California for CalPAP and continued to represent parolees. In 2013, Ms. Ebert returned to Sacramento to IAJ and began working as a Hearing Officer for Administration Hearings and as a Jury Consultant for Focused Decisions, a full-service litigation consulting firm. For over 5 years at Focused Decisions, Ms. Ebert consulted on many high-profile civil cases for plaintiffs and defendants. It was the work at Focused Decisions that uncovered Ms. Ebert’s desire to represent injured victims.
Since joining Demas Law Group, P.C. in 2017, she has applied the skills and insights gained from watching juries interpret cases to enhance her clients’ cases. Ms. Ebert has represented hundreds of victims who have suffered injuries in collisions, dog attacks, and falls and has specialized knowledge in helping/representing hundreds of victims of the largest wildfires in California history (2017 North Bay fires in Sonoma/Napa, California – 2018 Camp Fire in Paradise, California – 2025 Eaton Fire in Altadena, California). Ms. Ebert knows each client has their own, specific story and makes sure to capture and honor that story to get the best recovery for her client.
When not in the office, Ms. Ebert enjoys traveling abroad and throughout the U.S. (favorite destinations include Tonga, Iceland, and Tanzania) watching live theater (favorite show to date, Sleep No More), spending time with family, and hiking anywhere in California with her dog, Honey.
