The low back pain had increased, and he was taken off work.   The client began treatment with a chiropractor who referred him for an x-ray and MRI of the lumbar spine due to severe pain that was radiating to his left leg.  Unfortunately, the x-rays and MRI revealed an instability at L5-S1, a pars defect, and a large disc herniation.

EH’s spine injury could only be treated through surgery. We located a Stanford-trained surgeon who performed successful surgery on EH’s lumbar spine 4 months after the collision. We made certain he received high-quality post-operative care. We were able to quickly settle with the third party for their limits of $50,000.00.
