Hi, my name is Robert. We were coming back from burying our mother in the area-we were coming home on a Friday afternoon on Highway 80.

A gentleman in a one-ton truck hit us three times. It resulted in a bad neck injury for me and a back injury for my sister. They sent me to a spine specialist who checked me out. When they saw some things they didn’t like they sent me to therapy, but it seemed like every time I went to therapy it got worse. At that point they sent me to a spinal surgeon who said that if I do not have surgery right away, if I were to hit my head hard, I could be paralyzed from the neck down. They scheduled me for a neck fusion and I went through that. It was a year of not being able to lift anything over 20 pounds. After the surgery and the accident, we got to a point where we discovered there was going to be permanent damage. It’s hard for me to lift like I used to. I’m a general contractor, and it has affected me. It always will affect me. This whole thing sent me through some hard times. The crash happened, and a lot of things after, but Demas Law Group was outstanding for me. I don’t say this easily, but they were there for me when I needed it. John was super nice and punctual, which I’m big on.

They did what they said they were going to do. I don’t recommend easily, but I would highly recommend them. One of the reasons I chose Demas Law Group and John Demas was because after I interviewed a few lawyers, besides reputation and background, I chose John because I could tell he was aggressive. I think in this day and age, and in this world, when you need someone who is on top of it, sharp and aggressive, he will be your best bet.
